New Austrian Honorary Consulate in the Cayman Isalnds  Web Site Created.

Austria is now represented by an Honorary Consulate in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands.

The new Austrian Honorary Consul, Martin Richter, a native of Carinthia , has been living for the past twenty in the Cayman Islands. As Businessman and General Manager of the , he has promoted bilateral commerce, trade and investment between the Cayman Islands and Austria.The new Honorary Consulate was established on November 10, 2006.  The Austrian Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Dr. Gabriele Matzner-Holzer, presented the presidential decree signed by Austrian Federal President, Dr. Heinz. Fischer.
